Jeana Senti | BROKER

 As Broker and Co-founder of MI Mitten Realty Consultants, Jeana is the managing partner of the business. She is responsible for all sales operations, managing sales agents, and ensuring goals and performance standards are met across all facets of the organization. Before real estate, Jeana worked in retail, taking on many roles from sales associate to Sales Manager. 

Jeana enjoys the relationships she has developed with her team and strives to deliver top-notch service to her builder partners. She has a passion for coaching and mentoring her sales agents and hopes to help pave the path on their real estate journey. Jeana is an award-winning sales and leadership professional.

Jeana holds a managing broker license and has worked in the industry for over 22 years, 20 of which is new construction. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.. You will likely find her on the sidelines of one of their sporting events when she's not in the office.
